Our Bank Support enables your company to purchase time with us on an upfront basis. We offer packages that start from 10 hours of support and this affords a 20% discount of our On Demand Support. As a customer that is pre-paying for the time that we spend in servicing any issues or problems that your company may have there could never be a situation where we would not service your requirements due to credit control issues. This gives you the peace of mind that you will always be to call upon us and keep your company and your work force productive.
We have clients that use our Bank Support service to compliment in-house IT teams, for holiday/sickness cover or indeed new clients that which establish the level of service that we will be providing.
